How to take a screenshot or screen capture on an E242s+
One essential feature of modern smartphones and tablets is the ability to take screenshots, capturing an image of what is currently displayed on your Energizer E242s+'s screen.
Although there are apps for this function, you don’t need to install any additional ones, as it’s already built into the KaiOS 2.X operating system.
Taking a screenshot allows you to save a WhatsApp conversation, a Tinder message, an Instagram story, a Facebook photo, or a video frame directly to your Energizer device's memory.
If you want to make a screenshot to your Energizer E242s+ you have to follow these simple steps:

1- First step:
To take a screenshot on your Energizer E242s+ press the asterisk “*” and hash “#” buttons at the same time. You should hear the sound of a photo and a flash on the screen.
2- Second step:
If your Energizer E242s+ has volume buttons on the side, press the power button and the volume down button at the same time. As in the previous step, you will hear a click and a flash will appear on the screen.
3- Third step:
A message will appear in the notification bar indicating that the screenshot has been taken. If the Energizer E242s+ has a touch screen, you can click on the notification to open the screenshot. 
4- Fourth step:
