1- First step:

First of all you must make sure you have more than 50 percent battery in your Fitbit Sense, otherwise you must charge it before performing the factory reset. Press the side button or flick your wrist to turn on your Sense screen.

2- Second step:

If you have an unlock code to protect your Fitbit Sense, enter it to begin the reset.

3- Third step:

Swipe from left to right to see apps and settings. Click on Settings, it is a gray gear icon.

4- Fourth step:

Go down through the Fitbit Sense settings until you reach the bottom, where you will find the “About” section, click on “About” on the screen to access.

5- Fifth step:

Again, go down to the end of the “About” menu by sliding your finger from the bottom to the top of the Sense screen until you find the section called “Factory reset”. Click to proceed.

6- Fifth step:

A confirmation message will appear indicating that all the data and applications of the Fitbit Sense will be deleted. If you are completely sure, click on “Reset”.
