I have a wp28 it was working fine and T-Mobile did a system update now only text and calls work on T-Mobile no internet without Wi-Fi not Facebook Messenger anything. I have attempted to do a hard reset with no luck it will not attempt to reboot it will not do a soft reset by just holding the power button it will only go into safe mode. I've tried through the settings option as well with no luck. Let me know if you can help feel free to shoot me an email.

non riesco a fare un reset... perchè all'avvio mi chiede un pin di 4 cifre che non so ,credo che sia il pin delle sim non installate.
