How to locate or find Apple AirPods (2 gen) headphones

A map will appear pointing to the point where your AirPods (2 gen) are, or the last known location. In the event that an Apple device with an internet connection is nearby, this location will be updated.

From the iPhone and iPad application, the options will appear at the bottom of the screen. From a browser, click on the point where your AirPods (2 gen) are located. and then click on the information icon to display the available options.

You will be able to play a sound at maximum volume to locate it if you are nearby, search for them using some indications that will indicate if the AirPods (2 gen) they are near, close or far.

If you can't find them, you can mark them as lost, when someone finds these AirPods (2 gen) and try to pair them to an Apple device, the message will appear indicating that these AirPods (2 gen) they have been marked as lost and must be returned to their owner, also when paired to a new Apple device their location will be saved and you will be able to locate them.
