I'm from Africa, Tanzania. My Acquous sense 7 send 3 to 4 duplicate SMS when texting other people. I tried all possible solutions like clearing message data and caches,restarting phone, downloading other message apps. But nothing has changed. My people I contact still receive 3 and more messages. Help me.

I have just set-up my NEW android BLU G93 using the back up from google cloud. Everything appeared to transfer. Android13 required and performed an update. Phone appears to be working fine with calls, texts, and searches. I keep getting a message that says I need to finish the set-up. This takes me to the original set up process when the phone had no data. What can I do to stop this message? This is the second BLU G93 phone in less than a week? The first phone this past week performed an update and then screen pixelated displayed an error message the it was corrupt and couldn't be trusted, recommended a hard factory reset, which I completed two times, only to get the same corrupt message. Not being able to move on from there to set-up that phone, I returned that phone for the current replacement. I chose the BLU G93 because I have owned 2 other BLU phone models in past 10 years. I've always considered BLU quality and fair priced. What should I do now?
