It is only possible to configure emergency calls for devices with a SIM or eSIM card since they make use of the call service through the GSM network or, failing that, it must be connected to a Wi-Fi network or via Bluetooth to another device that has a GSM connection or to the Internet.
1- First step:
To start setting up SOS emergency calls on a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, open the app that controls the smartwatch called “Galaxy Wearable”. If you do not have it installed, you will have to download it from the Play Store or Galaxy Store.

Once inside the “Galaxy Wearable” application you will see your Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, smart watch, if you do not have it configured first you must link the watch with your smartphone. Click on “Clock settings” to start configuring SOS calls and fall detection.

Once inside the smart watch settings, go down through the settings until you find the section called “Advanced functions” and press to access.
