How to connect Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Bluetooth headphones
In order to use your Galaxy Buds2 headphones you will need to connect them to a device that plays music or sound via Bluetooth, be it a TV, mobile phone, tablet, computer or music player.
Once connected or paired it will not be necessary to reconnect the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 headphones to the player device again as they will be saved in its memory, provided they are not unpaired of course.
Connecting the Galaxy Buds2 bluetooth headphones to a device can be a bit complicated if it is the first time, but in the following tutorial we will provide you with step-by-step instructions to make it easier.
Estimated time: 5 minutes.
1- First step:
Open the settings of your phone, tablet, stereo, laptop or computer to which you want to link or pair the Samsung Galaxy Buds2.
2- Second step:
Go to the Bluetooth settings and make sure it is enabled. If it's not, turn it on. Keep the Bluetooth settings open, as you'll need them later.
3- Third step:
Turn on the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 headphones; they should have a power button. Then, place the headphones in your ears.
4- Fourth step:
Press and hold the power button of the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 for a few seconds to put them in pairing mode, you will hear an announcement or a sound indicating that they are going to be paired with another device.
5- Fifth step:
On your phone, tablet, stereo, laptop or computer, the name 'Samsung Galaxy Buds2' will appear in the Bluetooth settings. If it doesn't, refresh the list of available Bluetooth devices.
6- Sixth step:
Click on the name 'Samsung Galaxy Buds2' to pair them. You will hear a sound in the headphones indicating that they have been successfully paired.
You can now start enjoying music, audio and movies through your Samsung Galaxy Buds2. If it didn’t work, try again; sometimes it takes a few tries to get the right amount of seconds to hold the power button.
If the Galaxy Buds2 still won’t pair, check if they were previously paired. If so, their name will appear in the list of paired devices. Tap on their name and select "Forget", "Remove Device" or the trash icon.
